Cocktails

  • 40 ml vodka
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 10 ml Ponthier lime puree
  • 40 ml Ponthier strawberry puree

Decoration

  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 large strawberry
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Cocktails

In a shaker 3/4 full of ice, pour the vanilla syrup, lime and strawberry purees. Add the vodka. Shake well and filter into a pretty cocktail glass. Decorate with petals of strawberry stuck to a rectangle of green apple on the rim of the glass. (The strawberry petals stay in place thanks to the pectin in the apple)
